CAD2

This week has been a cold and damp one just as we predicted.  Most of the heavier pockets of rain will be over Eastern NC, and Central/Eastern SC and GA (See Below).  Most areas in NC and NW SC will have drizzle and misty conditions though as we are still locked in this CAD (Cold Air Damming) pattern.  Friday will bring in some less cold temperatures and some sunshine after the low clouds burn off in the morning.  IF the clouds hang in tough and they do not burn off on Friday then we will see weather similar to today.  With a CAD in place, it is very difficult to determine when and if the clouds will break up.
