Flash flooding is expected for part of the area over the next 72 hours.  Many areas have been hit and miss with the precipitation over the past several days but it appears that a soaking and for some flooding rainfall event is about to unfold.  If you live in a flood prone area then make sure to keep a watch on area creeks, rivers and streams.  We will go into more detail in our member email today and look toward the month of August for what to expect.
